Charleston Southern University

Charleston Southern University, originally founded in 1964 as Baptist College, is an independent, comprehensive institution located in North Charleston, South Carolina. With an enrollment of approximately 3,600 students, the university is affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention. Its vision is to be nationally recognized for seamlessly integrating faith into the processes of learning, leading, and serving.

Accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, CSU offers both bachelor's and master's degrees. The university provides over 50 undergraduate majors and graduate programs across a variety of fields, including business, criminal justice, computer science, Christian studies, graphic design, education, and nursing.
