Kalaidos Fachhochschule

The Kalaidos UAS is one of the two Swiss UAS organized according to private law. As such, it does not receive federal or cantonal subsidies, but is also less constrained by bureaucratic rules and regulations.

Established in 1995, Kalaidos Fachhochschule (Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences) is a for-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Zürich (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Zurich.                                                                   This institution has also branch campuses in the following location(s): Aarau, Berne, St. Gallen, London, Singapore. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Staatssekretariat für Bildung, Forschung und Innovation, Schweiz (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation, Switzerland), Kalaidos Fachhochschule is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) coeducational higher education institution.
