Mukachevo State University

Mukachevo State University (MSU) is a modern higher education institution of European direction, which trains highly qualified specialists in all educational and qualification levels.MSU was created in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 27, 2008 No. 1152-r and the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine dated September 1, 2008 No. 794 "On the Reform of the Network of Higher Educational Institutions of the III-IV Level of Accreditation Subordinated to the Ministry of Education" on the basis of two universities: the Mukachevo Institute of Technology and the Mukachevo Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute. The first rector of the Moscow State University was the Honored Scientist and Technician of Ukraine, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Yuriy Vikentyevich Myhalin, who headed the university until 2013.
