Quadriga Hochschule Berlin

The Quadriga is a private university for management in the areas of communications, policy and public affairs, human resources, sales, marketing, organizational development and digital transformation.

As a practice-oriented university, applied research plays a central role. As an institute for occupational field research, different professions have been regularly examined since its founding and thus current trends and changes in the professional fields are continuously evaluated.  In addition, research projects and studies on digital transformation and digital leadership are in the focus of public interest.

Founded in 2003, the German Press Academy is a private school for education and training in the fields of public relations, press and public relations and communication management. The German Press Academy is one of the established providers in this segment. The German Press Academy is one of the Quadriga Media GmbH, which is cooperating with the Quadriga.

Since the Quadriga University promotes particularly well-known journalists for themselves, it is publicly criticized that the borders between journalism and public relations would be softened. The NDR media magazine Zapp sees the university as an example of questionable proximity between public relations and journalism.
