Welch College, formerly the Free Will Baptist Bible College, is a private four-year college in Gallatin, Tennessee, founded in 1942. It is one of several higher learning institutions associated with the National Association of Free Will Baptists.

Welch College serves 385 students (2017) and is the national college of the 300,000-member Free Will Baptist denomination. The mission of Welch College is to educate leaders to serve Christ, His Church, and His world through Biblical thought and life.
