Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Informatics

The University was set up in 1953. It is the basic educational centre of the Federal Agency of Telecommunications covering Siberia and the Far East. It is a great research centre aimed at studying telecommunications problems and developing telecommunications technologies.

The SIBSUTIS is the unique school of higher learning in Russia. It has one of the best parks of special simulation equipment as well as hardware and software programmes behind the Urals at its disposal.
