Tyumen State Medical University

Tyumen State Medical University was founded in the year 1963 as the Tyumen State Medical Institute. Tyumen State medical University is located in Tyumen, Russia, Tyumen is the largest city and the administrative center of Tyumen Oblast, Russia, and It is located on the Tura River 2,500 kilometers east of Moscow. In Tyumen humid continental climate is witnessed with warm and humid summers and winters are long and cold .The weather in Tyumen is changeable and the temperature in Tyumen is higher by few degrees than in the surrounding area .

The Tyumen State Medical University is comprised of the Central Research, the Academic Multidisciplinary Clinic, and the Research library, Development Laboratory, the Simulation Center, the Practical Skills Center, the Remote Technologies and the Phantom Rooms Center, the Museum of Anatomy, the Museum of History, the Sports and Students Clubs and the Publishing Center. The Tyumen State Medical University also has three student residences.

In Tyumen State Medical University the Research schools are headed by scientists who are well-known both in Russia and in other nations .The Tyumen State Medical University successfully cooperates with educational and research institutions of Germany, Kazakhstan, the USA and France, as well as with the medical higher education institutions and leading Russian scientific institutes.
